Whether you love free weight training, using strength machines, creating an exciting conditioning circuit or a combination of it all, you can do it in the DFS 24-hour gym.

Get access to a specially designed DFS training program and combine it with our supervised coaching hours.
Our programs are delivered through an app where you can access your workouts. This program takes the guesswork out of your training and walks you step by step through your sessions. Each workout has been specifically designed for our training space and the app shows you exactly what to do and how to do it.
Not only will you have a specially designed program to follow you will also have access to an experienced trainer during our coaching hours. During these times you will be guided through your workout and helped with correct set up, proper technique and be given the motivation and support you need to get the most out of your training.

We will create your own custom training program based on your goals, experience, and ability. Not only that, we will also track your results and update your progress weekly.
As you go through your plan we will work together to create nutrition guidelines to suit you, your lifestyle and your dietary preferences. No fad diets or quick fix schemes. We will work together to create you a way of eating that will give you the best chance at long lasting, sustainable results.

3 x personal training sessions
Personalised 12-week training program
Access to program via app with video demo and instructions of each exercise
Get started or improve your current program with the DFS start up package. 3 personal training sessions to assess where you are at and learn correct technique for the exercises that will suit you. From there we will create a 12-week training program customised for you. You will be able to walk into the gym knowing what to, how to do it and why you are doing it.
